How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@hanurikorean.com from the address linked to your Hanuri account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Hanuri account.
3. Include the email address you use to sign in (email or Google).

What we delete

After we verify the request, we delete account and associated cloud profile data from our systems, subject to limited records we may need to keep for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

What stays on your device

Local learning data remains on your phone until you clear app data or uninstall Hanuri. Signing out and uninstalling removes locally stored information from that device.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Hanuri account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Manage or cancel Hanuri Pro in your store subscription settings.
